Pro iPhone Repair — Service Terms & Agreement

By checking in, I authorize Pro iPhone Repair to inspect and diagnose my device. I understand that:

Repairs are performed on pre-owned devices that may have existing damage; Pro iPhone Repair is not responsible for pre-existing conditions or defects unrelated to the service performed.
I am responsible for backing up my data before service. Pro iPhone Repair is not liable for any loss of data, apps, or settings.
Quoted prices are estimates and may change if additional damage is found during diagnosis; I will be contacted for approval before any additional work is performed.
Devices left unclaimed for 30 days after completed service may be considered abandoned.
Pro iPhone Repair may contact me by phone, text message, or email regarding my service. Message and data rates may apply.
