At Pro iPhone Repair LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may request a return in accordance with the policy below.

14-Day Return Window

Returns may be requested within 14 calendar days from the date your order is delivered.

To qualify for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition.
  • Include all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and tags (if applicable).
  • Be free from damage or signs of installation or use.
  • Be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, notify us as soon as possible so we can evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Items that have been installed, used, modified, or damaged after delivery
  • Products missing original packaging or accessories (unless the item arrived that way)

Exchanges

If you would like a different item, the quickest solution is to return the eligible product for a refund (once approved) and place a new order for the desired item.

European Union Customers

For orders shipped to countries within the European Union, customers may have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of delivery without providing a reason, as required by applicable law.

Returned merchandise must remain unused, in its original condition and packaging, and include proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional processing time before the funds appear in your account.
