Repairs

Repair completion times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Certain repairs, including liquid damage, board-level repairs, or devices with previous repair attempts, may require additional diagnostic time.

While we take every precaution to protect your device and data, customers are responsible for backing up all personal information before leaving a device for service. Pro iPhone Repair LLC is not responsible for lost data resulting from hardware failure, existing damage, or the repair process.

Repair warranties, when applicable, apply only to the specific repair or replacement part provided and do not cover accidental damage, misuse, liquid exposure, software issues, or unrelated component failures.

Our No Fix, No Fee policy applies only to qualifying repairs where no successful repair is performed. Diagnostic fees or special-order parts may still apply when disclosed in advance.

Shipping

Shipping estimates are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed. Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, customs, shipping providers, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our published Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
