Shipping Rates

Free Standard Shipping on qualifying orders of $400 or more (within the United States).

Flat Rate Shipping: $10 for orders under $400 shipped within the United States.
Shipping rates and delivery options may vary for international destinations.
Order Processing
Most in-stock orders are processed within 1 business day after payment has been received and verified. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
If an item requires additional processing time, is temporarily out of stock, or is a special-order product, the estimated shipping timeframe will be displayed on the product page or communicated to you after your purchase.

Shipping Delays
Although we work hard to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to weather conditions, carrier issues, customs inspections, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control. Pro iPhone Repair LLC is not responsible for shipping delays once an order has been handed over to the carrier.
Customs & Import Fees
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other government charges. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping charges.
Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate your request before your order has been processed or shipped.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified. If eligible, you may request a return after receiving your order in accordance with our Refund Policy.
Special-order items and custom orders cannot be canceled once processing has begun.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes tracking information when available.
If your package has not arrived within 30 days of the shipment date, please contact us promptly. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and assist in resolving your claim.
